

I advise only using settlements to spawn in units as the in-game name of a character is not necessarily the name the game uses to refer to them. The weapon number must be from 0-3, inclusive. The armor number must be from 0-3, inclusive. The experience number must be from 0-9, inclusive. You can't spawn more than 5 units per command. Provided you use quotation marks for the unit ID, you do not have to worry about capitalization, but it does matter for character and settlement names.
